Strong Black Woman Self-Reflection – Allow Yourself to Love Freely

As a Strong Black Woman, I allow myself to love freely.

From my experience, love is a beautiful thing! To me, love is something to be shared with every person I encounter.

It is easy to show love to any living being because love encompasses so many different actions.

My love is boundless and endless because it comes from a deep, spiritual place.

The love I endeavor to give to others is based on the love I receive from my Creator, from my Source, from Spirit. I allow myself to love freely as a Strong Black Woman because I am loved freely.

However, there are also times when I am angry, disappointed, or hurt. My natural instinct sometimes causes me to want to express those emotions in a negative way.

But I am very conscious of responding to others with kindness, regardless of how I am feeling. It is easy for me to forgive others because I approach each situation with a loving mindset.

Charity provides the perfect opportunity for me to show love to others, especially those who are less fortunate than I am.

There are people for whom a kind word or deed goes a long way in making them feel worthy. I praise and celebrate the inherent worth and dignity of other living beings.

My kindness is completely boundless and I feel happier when I share positive energy with others.

Today, I commit to building a stronger soul and bigger heart, so I can freely love others. I promise to exercise patience and kindness, even when I am offended, so the individuals around me feel happy and at ease.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. How do I feel when I am rejected by someone?
  2. Is it ever okay for me to express frustration at another person?
  3. Do I still show love to those who refuse my kindness?
